Order Cancellations:
Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
Transaction Fee: Canceled orders may incur a 5–10% transaction fee, deducted from your refund.
Exclusions: Orders placed through PayPal or Afterpay are not eligible for cancellation.
Production Commencement: Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Repair Eligibility: Repairs are considered for manufacturing defects only.
Time Frame: Repair requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item for repair.
International Orders:
All orders shipped outside of India are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or cancellation.
