RETURN POLICY
At DJOYR, we reserve the right to charge a 5-10% transaction fee through your chosen payment processor for cancelled orders already in production. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted for orders placed through Paypal or Afterpay. The transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may apply to returns.
All DJOYR pieces are made to order, making them final sale. Therefore, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully consider your selection before purchasing. If you have any questions or hesitations, please reach out to us before placing your order — we're here to assist you!
Once an order has been placed, we put it into production and it cannot be cancelled.
For urgent requests, changes to ring sizes or cancellations are possible within 4 hours of placing your order, provided it falls within our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, excluding Indian national holidays). Since our pieces are typically made-to-order, once production commences, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Orders that are ready to ship cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to decline unreasonable cancellation requests after the 4-hour window has elapsed.
We also recommend that you confirm the appropriate size for your rings prior to placing your order online. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.
All international orders (outside India) are final sale.
As per DJOYR's policy and Indian import regulations, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept international returns. Additionally, we are unable to issue refunds for duties and taxes paid by the recipient, as these fees are remitted to the customs of the destination country and are beyond our control. If you have any queries regarding duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs agency for assistance.
