Yes! We are happy to provide international shipping. After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via the following carrier.

 All DJOYR pieces are displayed and charged in USD.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Our items are delicate, so we advise customers, especially with rings, to be careful. Avoid doing hard tasks that could harm the stones. Also, take off your jewelry when washing or showering. DJOYR can't fix or replace lost stones, but we do offer stone replacements and polishing for most items. Keep in mind that eternity band models can't be resized.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?

To stay up-to-date with the latest production schedule, we recommend reviewing the pop-up agreement window while you're checking out.

Every piece of jewelry is crafted specifically for you, so it's important to give at least 14 business days for your jewelry to be completed before it's sent out.

When we're busier, like during the holiday season, it might take an extra 3 to 4 weeks to get your order ready. Make sure to note the deadline you want for your order so we can ensure we're working as efficiently as possible for you.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

Our pieces are elegantly presented in sustainable uncoated cotton board packaging, adorned with our logo elegantly foil stamped on the box lid, ensuring a beautifully designed presentation. Non-jewelry items are individually packaged, often in vellum or tissue wrapping. For additional gift wrapping, this option is available upon request. If you desire a personalized card included with your order, please inform us at checkout.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

DJOYR cannot guarantee that colors represented on the website will exactly match the jewelry you receive. Since all pieces are handmade and come from raw materials, please anticipate minor variations in colour and texture. Rest assured that the piece you will receive will be uniquely yours! 

Returns/Exchanges

We ship worldwide. Receive free shipping on orders above 1000$.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale. See our full return policy.

Please note that as all DJOYR pieces are made to order, they are final sale and we do not accept returns, so please be sure of the piece you’re looking at before you purchase! If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us(LINK) prior to placing an order. Once an order has been placed, we put it into production and it cannot be cancelled. If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

Please note that these pieces may take 5 or more weeks to create, depending on the complexity of the project.

We make every effort to provide sizes that fit everyone. However, our online store doesn't cover every size we have. If you can't find your size (even the smaller sizes like quarter sizes), feel free to send us an email, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
